McKinney Culinary Incubator will provide chef services to guests of the Crescent Moon Lodge and Retreat Center, a 5,000-square-foot cabin on 160 wooded acres near the Texas-Oklahoma border owned by CCA North Texas founder Dr. Suzanne Hales. Counseling and Consulting Associates of North Texas (CCA North Texas), a longtime Chamber of Commerce member, is proud to be known as the first counseling center in the McKinney community. Stevens Bernard says her husband is responsible for her love of all things delicious. He spends his time creating culinary delights for family, friends and customers of his specialty food company, Game Day Foods. She is a self-professed foodie who writes for McKinneyFoodie.com, her online blog and quarterly print magazine. Together, the couple co-founded McKinney Food Incubator, which promotes and facilitates local production of specialty food products and the growth of food-related start-ups, services and businesses.
